For parents, a crying baby on an airplane is a cause of stress and anxiety on many levels; for other passengers it can feel like a nightmare. In honor of Mother’s Day, JetBlue’s FlyBabies turned crying into cheers with an activation that rewarded passengers for 25% off for each baby cry – inspiring cheers for tears – especially when the final baby earned everyone a free flight. The activation and its campaign tugged on the heart strings and earned its own reward: numerous honors at Cannes, One Club, Clio Awards and more.
